- Also limit your exposure to passive smoking as much as possible, as it is as dangerous as that of real smoking.

4. Eat Balanced Diet.

- Get knowledge about your BMI and consume as per your daily calories need.
5. Staying physically active.
- Heart rate raising activities should be done regularly which in turn give strength to your body.
- Spread out these activities 30 minutes a day during a week.
6. Listen to Music.
Listening to some good music is always calms you down as found by therapists. So making a habit to listen to good music will definitely help you to burn your stress down.
7. Make New Friends.
Human being is a social animal. So you should meet people/ friends. We are so much addicted to meeting people in virtual world that we forgot that we are meant to be social not in that way. So approach people in real life and you never know people are more friendly then they look.
